One Geometry, many Futures
All KacaDu projects emerge from a shared design language: optimization through modular geometry inspired by natural systems. Whether in orbit or on a sidewalk, we use foldable, tessellated structures—derived from origami and auxetic patterns—to generate maximum performance with minimal material.
Design that adaptsOur process is parametric and adaptive. We simulate how geometry reacts under pressure, in low gravity, or within dense urban spaces. This lets us create modules that fold, interlock, and scale — building resilient systems that respond to changing environments.
Built for everyone/thingAccessibility is built into the logic: VIDA’s modules can be assembled without tools, while SARA’s units are engineered for reconfiguration in space and emergency conditions.
Material evolutionWe work with recycled plastics, biodegradable polymers, and aim to evolve toward regenerative materials. With digital platforms like VIDA’s configurator, we give users the ability to design and adapt structures themselves—bridging high-tech modeling with hands-on building.
From code to component, KacaDu’s technology is about putting smart, responsive structures into the hands of both citizens and scientists.
